Billeting

If overnight arrangements are necessary when bringing the Workshop into an area, we would greatly appreciate assistance from the hosting community with accommodations and meals. The following factors need to be considered:

Suitability of hosts & size of accommodation

 A list of host families and their phone numbers should be sent to the Workshop Co-ordinator prior to our visit. Please ensure that billeting space is adequate.  A minimum of two Workshop members per household is required. 

Male/Female split

 Workshop males and females are not to be accommodated together, and it would be preferable for Workshop members to stay in homes with children of the same sex.

Meals

We request that the billeting family help Workshop members get a good start by providing breakfast.  Most hosting communities assist with providing lunch and dinner.  These details can be worked out with the group coordinator. 

Adequate Rest

Workshop members need to get to bed at a reasonable hour especially if they are performing the following day.
